The agenda for Wednesday Jan. 19th is

Meet at Park from 10:30 - 11:30 (bring sleds and dress warm)
Lunch @ Kristal's 11:30 - 12:45 (pitch in lunch, please email what you are bringing)

Kids Can Cook!! Jan. 12th!

Next Wednesday, January 12, homeschool group will be held at Heather Vaught's home at 11:00 a.m. The theme will be "Kids Can Cook!" I am asking each family to prepare a simple healthy dish and bring the recipe to share for our pitch-in lunch.

The agenda will be as follows:
Brief lesson on nutrition and exercise
a brief physical game/activity
presentation of dishes by each family
pitch-in lunch
go to gym and swim (those who are involved)
Please RSVP and let me know what you are bringing so I can make sure I have each food group represented. I think it would be fun to make and distribute a little cookbook
from the recipes.
You may want to take pictures as you make the dish and we can take pictures here also of the families with their dishes. Thanks!
